I, the Booklister, am of the full age of majority and am
capable of entering into this contractual agreement with BOOKSXYZ, INC and/or
booksXYZ.com and, by registering with BOOKSXYZ, INC and/or booksXYZ.com,
I agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the
User Agreement, Return
Policy, Privacy Policy,
Shipping Procedure and to any policy and/or provision
referenced therein including any modifications or amendments to same in effect
until such time as I have terminated this agreement, in writing, to BOOKSXYZ,
INC, 412 Travis St. Lafayette LA 70503.
